Owner Profile

Tracy Lin Horst is owner and broker of record for Progressive Property Management, Inc. (PPM) and PPM Real Estate, Inc. A native, locally educated Lancaster Countian, Tracy holds the ARM designation, is a CPM Candidate - has completed the educational requirements and exam for the CPM Designation through the Institute of Real Estate Management, Inc. and holds a certificate as a Broker/Appraiser. She has membership in LCAR, NAR, and IREM. Additionally she is also a licensed, commissioned Notary for Lancaster County.

Her community involvement includes being a Director on the Boards of the Lancaster County Rotary Club for a second term, and the James Street Improvement District for Lancaster City. She has twice chaired the Lancaster County Rotary Groups International Youth Exchange Program, and is active as the current Chair of the Club's International Lane, including World Community Services. Tracy is a current member of, and has supported as a Director on the Board of the Lancaster County Commercial & Industrial Council.
